徐小涵，博士，大连大学外国语学院/区域国别学院讲师，大连大学环印度洋岛国研究中心（教育部区域国别研究备案中心）副秘书长，获大连市高层次人才“青年才俊”称号。主要研究方向包括区域国别研究、小岛屿发展中国家研究、区域合作组织研究及人工智能与区域国别学交叉研究。发表多篇SSCI、SCI论文，参与多个省部级及校级科研项目。
